This website is meant to help those who want to be educated about their health. It's meant to help people make educated, wise choices.
When I was dealing with poor health, someone cared enough to offer some balanced suggestions that proved to be extremely helpful. If you find something here that might help someone else, would you be willing to pass it on? They may or may not accept the information offered, but at least we cared to try!
